The Burroughs are available to help you celebrate your next wedding, corporate event, conference, or private party! We’re not just another party band: we’re a working band of performers who regularly play to crowds of thousands, ready to bring that same energy and chemistry to your dance floor. We specialize in soulful and funky takes of your favorite danceable cover tunes from a wide variety of eras, genres, and styles. Our number one goal is to make sure you and your guests have as much fun as we do on stage. We can’t wait to party with you!

Our 9-piece band of musicians is highly flexible and ready to fill any musical needs you have for your event. Besides full-band dance music, here’s what else we can offer:

• Ceremony Music: Solo or Duo configurations, multiple styles and instrumentations

• Cocktail Hour or Dinner Music: jazz duo or trio, acoustic rock/pop solo or duo, instrumental or vocal configurations

• Additional sound system rental and setup: let us handle your ceremony sound, announcement, and background playlist needs!

What can you expect when you hire us?

We know your celebration is special - and we’re here to make YOU the star of the show. Here’s what you can expect from us:

• You’ll have access to our agent and manager through the whole booking and planning process. We’re here to answer questions about production, sound, load-in, and anything else that will make your event run smoothly.

• Once we’re hired, we’re all in for your event! We typically don’t book double headers in the same day, so we can give your event the attention and service you deserve. Our band and crew will arrive at least 2 hours prior to guests to complete load in and sound check, and we’ll be ready to perform once your event begins.

• Band members will always act and dress professionally while they are on the event site. We aim to deliver a polished, professional performance both on and off stage,

• Our manager will communicate with your venue and day-of contact to make sure all schedules and announcements run on time and in order.

• We’re here to honor YOU and your guests, and celebrate your authentic selves. We will not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, marital, family, pregnancy status, sexual orientation, body size, gender identity, gender expression, veteran or citizenship status.
